• Technical and device logs: Retained for twelve (12) months from collection, unless required for an ongoing investigation or legal proceeding.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data disposal procedures.

The binggoplus Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations. binggoplus does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will immediately suspend the associated account and delete the data in question.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on binggoplus, please contact us immediately at the details provided in Section 15 so we can take prompt action.

13. Cross-Border Data Transfers

binggoplus primarily stores and processes personal data within the Philippines. Where it is necessary to transfer personal data to service providers or infrastructure partners located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud hosting or KYC verification services), binggoplus ensures that such transfers are subject to appropriate safeguards, including contractual data protection clauses consistent with the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and NPC guidelines.
